Description
An interesting formation of Pyrite Crystals pseudomorph after Pyrrhotite from, Mexico. Pseudomorph means “false form”, meaning the original mineral formed was replaced by another mineral. However, the original shape, structure and appearance still stands.
This specimen is from the M. Farber Collection; circa 1976-1992. Acquired through “The Lesnicks” from Tucson, Arizona.
This piece measures about 1-3/4″ x 1-3/4″ x 1″, and weighs 2 ounces.
