Do you have a catalog?
This website is the best catalog we have. Because our inventory is so varied and so many of the items we carry are one-of-a-kind it is just impossible to put it in print. If you can visit that is the best way to see what we have. Some areas will have a lot of variety while other areas have a few. But check back often and you will see us grow.
How are items shipped?
We are now providing First Class shipping for domestic and international it is being calculated in real time. Our new website the shipping for domestic will say Media Mail not first class. If you have any trouble with this please contact us at 856-795-5077 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you purchase an item which is over 100.00 we will email you with an option to purchase insurance. If you do not want insurance then if the item gets lost or stolen it is the customers responsibility.
We now can ship with FEDEX. If you need it overnight or the item cost is high. FEDEX offers us other options. We will quote you a price before we ship.
Why should I join the Mailing List?
When we update the site with more interesting and fascinating products or when we run a special and offer coupons you will get an email. Be sure to add your birthday and wedding anniversary to receive a coupon!
What if the item I am ordering is sold?
We will email with pictures of your options. If no options are available we will give you a refund.
Do you ever take a vacation?
Yes we do and we will let you know ahead of time when it will be.
What is your return policy?
We know that not everyone likes what we see. Items can be returned in the same packaging with their labels within 14 days of receiving your order. We would appreciate a phone call or email letting us know that you are returning the item. You will receive a refund for the item or items only. Shipping is the customers responsibility.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. They are: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments in the form of Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Check/eCheck.
Is your shopping cart secure?
Yes, the credit card information is collected through a secure, encrypted (SSL) connection.
Can I call my order in?
We do understand that some customers are not comfortable with sending in credit card information. So you can send us your order via the shopping cart and then click print and call. Our number is 856-795-5077. You may also send the information through our fax 856-795-0786.
Are you ever closed?
We are closed for six major holidays during the year. They are: January 1st New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We will post this on our website, send you an email and use social networking to let you know.
Can you gift wrap my order?
Gift wrapping is available on orders over $25.00. Please let me know in the customer suggestion area on the order form that you would like it wrapped. Please also let us know who and what the package is for, so that we may wrap it accordingly.
